LIFeHDV at the Green Transition Forum in Sofia

We were pleased to take part in the Green Transition Forum in Sofia, Bulgaria, where we promoted the LIFeHDV project and engaged in discussions on the future of eHDV transport.

As part of the event, Alek Rajch, Board Member of PSNM, joined the forum’s dedicated electric mobility panel alongside leading European experts and industry representatives. The discussion focused on the role of heavy-duty transport electrification in achieving Europe’s climate goals, the importance of expanding high-power charging infrastructure, and the need for policy measures that improve the business case for zero-emission trucks. Alek also highlighted the economic and social benefits of accelerating the transition towards eHDV and the importance of ensuring that infrastructure deployment keeps pace with market development.

The Green Transition Forum provided an excellent opportunity to exchange perspectives with stakeholders from across Europe and reaffirm the importance of international cooperation in driving the transition to sustainable transport.

The conversation, however, is far from over. We look forward to continuing these discussions with industry leaders, policymakers and experts at the New Mobility Congress 2026, where the future of zero-emission heavy-duty transport will once again take center stage.
